I ordered this item x 2. (Each item comes as a set of two). All four were stacked together in a large box. The top one arrived badly broken & cracked round its edge with jagged sharp points. Impossible for me to haul this in its box on a bus to the returns collection point. I’ve wasted nearly £14.50 on this useless item and am very disappointed with the product and its manufacture.

Arrived well packaged and in bubble wrap, imagine my surprise when I took off bubble wrap to find one of the wheels snapped off and the box cracked, other box OK, so a bit disappointed, but still keeping as not worth the hassle of returning. Update company kindly sent a replacement box at no extra cost well happy and excellent customer service many thanks.
