I was a bit hesitant to buy q bed off of here, however, I was not disappointed! Not only was the bed easy to put together, but it arrived 2 days earlier than expected, so that was a bonus. The headboard is just beautiful with the wings on either side, and the fabric is a velvety feel which is soft and luxurious looking. I fitted it together myself with just the Allen key and spanner which were provided in the fixings kit. Everything was there, and delivered with care. The slats are super easy and literally just click into place! I love it. I love it. Did I say that I love it??!! The space underneath is fantastic and just what I wanted. I ordered the small double as I have a small room, but it does its job and most certainly looks the part!! I LOOOVEE IT.....!!

Bed is really smart, however, picture is deceiving, the beadboard is not as big as it looks in the picture, but still looks good. The packet of screws had all mixed together so took some time to sort them out. All in all, I'm very happy with the bed.

Me and my sister put this bed together in about an hr and half. Nice bed. The bed is hard to push down in to place the first time you do it. I you tubed and you have to push very hard. After the first push it is easy to do after that and can be done at ease. So now i have a good space for winter quilts etc under the bed. I thought i was missing a part and the seller was very quick to respond. As it happens i wasnt, my dog had run of with it. They was going to send a new part out but it wasnt needed. It is quite low in height from my last bed so this has taken some getting use to but fine with that now. I also like the high headboard.

Upon receiving the bed, I discovered that the screws were haphazardly scattered throughout the box. This necessitated a thorough collection of all the screws, leaving me uncertain if any were missing. Unfortunately, some screws were indeed absent, which became evident during the assembly process when the base of the bed was found to be an inch too small to attach to the hinges. This realization came after the entire bed had been constructed. I promptly contacted their customer service department to address this issue. Subsequently, I encountered another complication when Amazon provided an incorrect shipping address for the United States instead of the United Kingdom. This resulted in a request for payment via Royal Mail to return their defective product. Upon contacting Amazon, they attempted to resolve the situation by offering to send replacement parts. However, I declined this offer due to the overall poor quality of the bed. It is evident that they will employ various tactics to avoid issuing a refund for this unsatisfactory product. Consequently, I strongly advise against purchasing this particular product.
